Training
Learning to program and operate robots is overwhelming and confusing to most people without somebody to explain things in a clear and structured manner. We can teach your operators, maintenance personnel, and engineers the things they need to know.
Offsite training is time-consuming, expensive, date-prohibitive, and and often leaves students with only basic knowledge that often times barely relates to to the equipment they’ll be working with. Our onsite training takes place on your floor, using your equipment, and will be focused specifically on the things your employees need to learn. Best of all, your employees can come to work as they would every day and don’t have to bare the time or expensive or travel.
Topics covered can include anything desired but typically include: robot safety, how to use the teach pendant, how to move the robot in different ways, creating programs, editing programs, variables, inputs and outputs, error recovery and training on the specific application the robot is performing. We’re happy to train several people at once which makes our training far less expensive than sending everybody to an offsite class.
There is overwhelming shortage welders in the United States. Many companies are turning to in-house training to fill the need for welders, and we’ve been a part of setting up and teaching those training programs for many companies.
Our training starts with the basics and can proceed all the way through certification tests. We’ll cover safety, welding fundamentals, machine setup, techniques, reading prints and welding symbols, weld defects, inspection, and much more.
We have experienced American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) ready to help bring your weld quality up to the next level.
